all right guys so today I'm going over my version of a full chatting guide for only fans this is going to be for both
creators and for agencies alike and even Chatters if you are looking for a job this will be for you I'm going to break
this up into many different chapters about 10 to 12 different chapters within this one video I don't know how long
it's going to be probably pretty long but the the overall Concepts we are going to be covering today is building
Rapport understanding types of customer scripts efficiency dealing with
objections and labeling subscribers Mass messaging copywriting pricing client
representation after care and sub relationship management and so I'm going to be covering all of these in today's
video I hope you guys enjoy this if you see me looking at the screen by the way it's just because I made some bullet
points just to keep me on topic because this is a a lot to unpack in this video
so so the first thing is just building Rapport when a subscriber enters your
page you want to give them the feel that your page is different than the others something that I believe should be
mandatory for every page is an introduction video in this video you should explain not only who you are but
you should explain what the fans can expect from your page what they can look forward to and the things that you have
to offer them you want to convey to the fans what experience they're going to get within the platform because because
most creators are not very transparent when it comes to what a fan is going to
get when they subscribe I've noticed that these days fans are really appreciative of transparency and honesty
when it comes to what they're getting from the content what they're getting from the page and what they're getting
when they subscribe I think this is because the popularity of only fans has made the entire industry quite saturated
and when an industry gets quite saturated there is loads and loads of [ __ ] from other profiles that all the
subs have to deal with and I think that most profiles are ran very poorly and so Subs appreciate the transparency and
it's refreshing to them to find an honest page that tells them exactly what they're going to expect from subscribing
to the page and so have an introduction video give them a glimpse of your personality and go ahead and ask them
what they want to know most about you what part of you do they like the most get them to respond to these questions
that that way you can spark up a conversation and it will give you a better chance to make sales and to make
relationships two sound like a normal human being I've noticed that both
creators and agencies with chat teams try to sound so dirty and all their
messages and it sounds like a bot you don't need to say babe this babe that
after every single message you don't need to constantly be sending these sexy spicy emojis you don't need to be doing
all that just message like a normal human being you can send messages
without emojis you can send messages without trying to sell I'm I'm telling
you right now just messaging like a normal human being will get you so much further in building rapport with your
fans than trying so hard to be this perfect person that's always trying to
make sales and always trying to make a move on these guys because that's what they're used to at this point because
that's what every other Creator on the platform does what you want to create is a realistic experience so they feel like
they're actually talking to the Creator rather than some sort of Bot and
something that's changed in the industry from now compared to back when the industry just began is that the
subscribers are getting smarter to the fact that agencies are running some of these pages and so they're a lot smarter
in identifying when they're speaking to a bot or identifying when they're speaking to some chatter in some other
country so you want to try to make your chatting sound as believable as possible
so just have normal conversations in doing so you want to
ask questions majority of the relationship building process is by asking questions and building upon and
going deeper from those questions so I'll give you an example it would be you know what do you do for work would be a
surface level question as they reply what do you like most about your job what do you hate most about your job
would you I don't know how long have you been working your job do you want to work a different job or you want to stay
with this job for the rest of your life like there's lots of different things do you have another type of job
or occupation that you aspire to do or are you happy working this for the majority of your life there are many
questions that you can ask to go deeper and deeper to understand the subscriber at their core and the more of these
questions you ask the more it shows that you actually give a [ __ ] about them and
that's exactly what you want because that's how you build relationships so it's important to ask
lots of questions you don't need to talk too much about yourself if they ask questions then sure you respond to those
otherwise you want to ask questions about them and build upon those questions don't keep it service level
continue to pull back the layers and understand who this person is that you're speaking to that way you can
build a stronger relationship with them as you're getting these answers to these
relationship building questions be sure to take notes this is something that
very few people I know do but it's extremely important in the long run because if you're an agency and let's
say you have a chat team on the profile let's say one of the Chatters on your
team decides to quit tomorrow and they had all this knowledge and all this information they they extracted on a
whale client on a whale sub and now there's no notes and the next person
that you put in to fill that position doesn't know anything about this whale they're going to have to keep the the
conversation so surface level because they're going to be worried that they're going to ask a question that was already asked before and once you start asking
questions that you've already asked asked before that they've already answered before either it shows one a
lack of care for the subscribers answers and for the relationship that you two
have built because you don't remember any of the answers to these important questions or two it just makes them
skeptical as to who they're speaking with on the page and they might believe that someone else is on the profile
that's not actually the model so you want to make sure that you fill up the notes section with all the most important key information points because
then no matter who's on the chat profile they can understand the subscriber at
their core and they can pick off they can pick up where all the other Communications have left off without
missing a beat and lastly you want to show a wide array of emotions people have many emotions no perfect person is
just always happy always content always horny whatever the whatever the thing is
nobody is always one mood and so if you're always acting the exact same no
matter what that's a red flag it doesn't seem real it doesn't seem realistic
anybody who's been involved in any kind of relationship will tell you this all the strongest relationships gen
all the strongest relationships generally have periods of conflict they have periods of you know picking each
other up when they're down having bad days having good days and when you go
through the bad days and you go through the difficult times that's typically what strengthens a relationship more
than just having good times all the time because when times are always good then
you take for granted how good they really are because it becomes the new normal and so if any of you have ever
been in like a toxic relationship and by the way I'm not saying you should be toxic what I'm saying is that if you've
ever been in a toxic relationship or you've had friends that are in a toxic relationship what happens it's very hard
for them to leave that relationship even though it's toxic and you would think oh if you're not always this perfect person
people are going to leave people are not going to want to talk to you but it's not true especially when someone cares about you no matter what having those
moments of conflict are really what brings bonds stronger and what builds relationships and makes them last and so
you can show off a wide variety of emotions I'm not saying to just go on there and be a [ __ ] I'm saying just
go on there and just show different emotions some days you might be tired some days you might be a little bit down
you might be sad you don't always have to be this perfect person every single time you're online and I'm telling you
right now that is the key to garnering close relationships with your subscribers which is going to be very
very important for your page in the the long run next chapter understanding
different types of customers so in my experience there are generally three different types of customers you have
one is the talkative guys the talkative guys are the ones who enjoy chatting
that is where they gain most of their satisfaction and so these guys are going to be your main bread and butter clients
because these are the types of guys that you can gain and cultivate relationships with over time and they are typically
going to be your most loyal fans and your best Spenders so you want to treat them as good as possible you want to
cater to their needs and you want to understand them as human beings group two is going to be the
transactional guys so these guys can also be very very good fans very loyal but they are just not chatty they don't
desire to sit there for hours on end chatting to you they just want the content and they want to enjoy it on
their own time and so typically these guys are going to be big buyers when it comes to the m ppvs that you're going to
send the ppvs you're going to put on your wall but they're typically not the guys who are going to have long dirty
sessions with you they're just the ones that are going to buy the content that you send them and they're going to enjoy it on their own time and then three is
going to be the time wasters these guys are the ones that just never ever spend they are on the
profile just to see how much free stuff they can get and they are not going to buy in the messages they are not going
to buy in the pbvs these are the guys that you want to take note of and make sure that you don't waste too much time
with these guys because they will waste your time and they will essentially cost you money if you spend too much time on
these types of subscribers now within each of these categories you'll have different types
of Spenders as well even if they are a buyer even if they even if they are a
talkative guy even if they are a transactional spender you'll have your high ticket guys that buy everything
you'll have your low ticket guys your mid ticket guys but you want to focus all of your energy on the talkative guys
and continue to put out ppvs just to satisfy the transactional guys while
limiting your time with the time wasters the next part is scripts scripts are essentially short for sexting scripts
and what they are are series of images and videos that you will use during your
sexting sessions with your fans and they will incrementally go through the entire
bundle or the entire script and you will break up the script into different parts which you will charge for these are
important because it allows you to be efficient with your time and it also allows you to create an image in their
mind to stroke their imagination to the fact that you are doing these things in
real time if you are a Creator understand that you're not making these scripts real time you're making them
ahead of time and you are bundling them up and then you are selling them as if you're doing it real time now there are
other ways to sell bundles of these scripts and I'll explain that later in the video but you want to make these
scripts ahead of time and you want to add a story to them so don't just make every script you Ed right before you're
about to go to sleep because that's boring that's what all creators do you want to make it spontaneous you want to
make it exciting whether that's you in the changing room at some kind of department store maybe you're in the
bathroom at the grocery store at the showers in the gym maybe you're in the
car different settings are what's going to set you apart when it comes to scripting from other creators and this
is what's going to drive the sub's imagination wild and so try to be
creative when it comes to scripting and create a story around it because it will be so much easier to sell because it's
so much more of a spontaneous and exhilarating moment when your sub is able to picture and believe that you're
doing these things real time when you're out in the public or you're out whatever it is you understand what I'm saying
create some kind of story around your scripts because this is extremely important when it comes to selling and
conversions when you make these scripts it's very important how you deploy them
in your chatting strategy I believe that it's very important to start the scripts off with
free images these free images are not going to be your best most explicit stuff these free images are going to to
be something that's a little bit inviting something that might be a little bit teasing but going to be
completely safe for work because these are used to gauge the interest of the fan that way you understand if you have
a selling opportunity or not and so it's important to start with the free images
use that as a temperature check as you begin to slowly get them
more and more in the mood you want to start to put together bundles of content in these scripts that you are going to
charge for each time that you send out a small bundle it might be two pictures with one
video something like that as you start to put these out the level of explicitness is going to get greater and
greater as it goes on finishing with the climax of the scene as you are selling
these ppvs during a session it's important that you mix in some regular messages for free as well as you're
sending these ppvs because if you're just sending ppv and they buy it and then you send another ppv and another
ppv now it just seems like you're getting greedy it seems like you're just there to make money when you really want
the sub to believe that you're also there to enjoy the time you're spending with it so after you send the first ppv
and it gets bought you want to mix in a couple of regular messages ask him what he wants to do to you ask him what he
wants to see next blah blah blah make sure that you divide these ppvs by putting regular messages in between them
two or three Max and then you want to go ahead with the next ppv so as long as you can put a few messages in between
each each ppv it makes the fan believe that you are engaged in the session and that you are enjoying it and that he's
also getting some free value on top of the ppvs that he's paying for and that will make it easier to sell the ppvs
down the line it's very important while you're doing this to not send too many messages in between because the longer
the session goes on this guy might end up finishing and you don't want him to to finish before the climax because then
you're going to miss out on lots of sales and so be time efficient but also be aware that you don't want to be
sending pbvs like a shotgun you want to be strategic with them but you also want
to be efficient while you are delivering them one trick that I use in my agency
is to make sure that before the session starts tell the fan that they cannot
finish until you tell them so and the reason that this is a powerful approach
is because the fan typically likes the idea of giving the Creator the control
over when he finishes and this also gives the Creator you the opportunity to
control how long the session goes and the longer that you're able to prolong the session the more you're able to make
and so you can periodically say this throughout the session just say don't finish until till I tell you so you're
not allowed to finish till I tell you so when you sprinkle these in the fan will enjoy it and it gives you control to
continue the session for as long as you want or as long as the fan is able to keep spending as you're going along in
this session sometimes the fans will ask what type of ppv is sent or what kind of content is in the ppv make sure that
you're transparent when you're doing this I've noticed that there are a lot of chatting Associates that have been on
my team before that I've hired that have this habit of not saying what's in the
content when a sub asks they're trying to keep it this a big secret like oh you know I can't tell you I'm going to spoil
the secret you need to just buy it but I've noticed most times the fan just gets pissed off and the entire mood
shifts when you're not transparent with what the content is and so make sure that you're sending them something that
they would like because if you do even if you describe to them what the content is it's likely they're going to go ahead
and buy anyways if it's something that they want and at the end of the day we're not here to be selling content to
people and taking their money if we're not giving them what they're asking for and so make sure that if someone asks
just be completely transparent with what's in the content you don't need to have a crazy long description just a few
words telling them exactly what it is and that you want to see their thoughts on it and you want them to enjoy it
fully these fans will appreciate the transparency more than anything and I
found in my experience that it results in more buys than trying to keep it secret and trying to make them pay
without knowing what they're getting and and I think it's fair because if you go in a store and someone's trying to sell
to you something and it's just a mystery box and they say oh you need to pay first and then you know what's inside
you're not going to buy it right so you want to make sure that you're giving them something that they want and that you're transparent with what is behind
the pay wall that will get you the best conversions and it will also Garner loyalty amongst the fans because they
will appreciate your transparency the next thing I'm going over is efficiency
efficiency is extremely important especially as your profile grows and you get a larger audience because the chat
volume is going to be extremely difficult for you to handle this is where being efficient with your chats is
essential to making the most sales that you can and not wasting your time doing this if you're new to this you'll
realize very very quickly that chatting is extremely timec consuming it takes long to formulate messages it takes long
to to skip through different messages understanding who's a buyer who's not a buyer sometimes the site is slow
sometimes laggy when you're sending ppvs it's very it's a very timec consuming
process so we want to be as efficient as possible when we are approaching this the first thing I would say is that
you want to use a software a chatting software in order to speed up this process chat softwares are good because
they will tell you all the metrics of every single fan that way you have a good idea of what the likelihood is of
you selling them something and and then buying it it will tell you typically the lifetime spend it will tell you how many
they have bought in the past whatever 10 that you've sent it will show their their spending history the highest that
they bought the the average price that they buy at tells you all types of metrics and these are just really really
helpful when it comes to pricing your content and when it comes to focusing on the high priority Spenders and spending
less time with the low priority time wasters personally I use inflow I have
tried super Creator I've tried Creator hero maybe I'll make some videos breaking down all the all the different
chat softwares that I've tried but I have found that inflow has been the best by far and I find that their layout is
quite good for for chatting and just being quick with the messages and all of their metrics are just as good as super
Creator just as good as Creator hero and they have really good support so that's a software that I vouch for and if you
want it you can look in the description below I'm going to put a link for inflow down there for you when you start your
chat session in order to be efficient a practice that I think is important is to
send free pictures early and often because this will immediately give you a
temperature check of your current audience and what you're dealing with all the guys who show interest and start
to change the tone of the conversation to get a little dirtier those are the guys that you want to focus on first
before you focus on the guys who are less interested in the photo that you've sent the other thing too is that it
justes doesn't take any effort to send a free picture and all of the fans even the ones who don't spend always like
getting free pictures because it makes them feel special and so it's kind of a win-win for all because it gives you a
temperature check as to who you should be focusing your time and energy on and it also gives the fans a good experience
because they are getting something for free which they all like once you get once you get a temperature check you
want to prioritize all your time on the buyers as you work those conversations a
little bit further and you send them all the first ppv in the script now you want
to divide that group into active buyers and non-active buyers the active buyers are going to be the ones that did
purchase your ppv the non-active buyers are the ones who are still in the mood but they haven't bought the first one
yet and so those ones are just going to take a little bit more effort to hopefully get them up to a level of
Interest where they will buy otherwise we will bump them down to the low priority list and these guys are the
ones that you'll reply to after you've already gotten back to your high priority list another way that you can
be efficient with your time when you are chatting is that for high Spenders a lot
of times you can get away with sending bundles in lump sums I know a lot of
people believe that you always have to act like you're doing it real time but from anecdotal experience you don't
always need to send it in real time especially for your best supporters because these fans will buy anything
that you give them whether you are doing it live or not and the nice thing about this is that it's a lot more time
efficient to say hey I made this bundle just for you last night and I really want to send it to you all in one go so
you can enjoy them all together is it okay if I just send them to you all together right now in one bundle and a
lot of times they'll say yes and then you can just send that one bundle for like the max price 150 200 bucks and
then you actually buy yourself time because they're going to take time to go through all the videos and the photos
that you sent them that gives you time to to check on the other subscribers and do continue working all of the other
high Spenders all of the other active buyers that you have during that chat session now I'm going to get into the
sales process dealing with objections understanding subscribers all of that
and so one thing when it comes to sales that's really important is that sales is just asking questions and you always
want the buyer to be showing interest you never want to try to force sales on
anybody this goes for any industry alike and so you need to get thean in a
position where they are asking for it not where you are trying to force it down their throat I've noticed that in
this industry there are many chat teams that are extremely aggressive in the in their approach and they're constantly
trying to get the buyer to become a buyer and that usually just scares them
away and it results in no conversions at all and so so when you're having a normal conversation all you want to do
is slowly try to guide the conversation to a point where the sub is asking for
it and they're showing High interest then you want to come at it with the
ppvs you want to come at it with a sales angle you don't want to do that until they get into that state of mind because
I've noticed that there's really no point if they're not in that mood trying to send pbvs is not going to go well
they're not going to buy it and you're just going to come off as really desperate and really pushy and that's the last thing we want because it kind
of just devalues your content and it makes you seem really money hungry and people don't like people who are money
hungry and so make sure that you allow the subscriber to tell you what they
want and ask for it rather than trying to force it upon them if you are working
the active chats and you send ppvs and guys don't buy it don't try to get them
to buy that piece of content again just return back to normal conversation just return back to normal
conversation try to find another angle to get back in that mood and then you go ahead and send another ppv if you work
your way into into getting the subscriber in the mood multiple times and you send ppvs multiple times and
they do not buy then you have to immediately put them into the low priority list if it's someone who has
spent in the past and they're just not spending that one day just put them on the low priority respond to them after
you've taken care of the active buyers but still make sure to respond to them because if they have a spending history
they might just be low on money that day they might not be in the mood to buy content but they might in the future so you want to keep that relationship
however if it's someone who's showing interests but they're not buying those two pbvs and they have no history of
spending then you can just label them as a Time waster because it's likely that they are not going to buy anything no
matter how hard you try another thing to be aware of is that people will try to
negotiate for your content never ever ever let a sub nickel
and dime you for Content you should have a lowest price level that you're willing to accept for each of the different
types of content that you make and do not go below that because you will find Subs that are trying to buy really
really high quality for two bucks three bucks never ever accept that because one
you're just not going to make very much on those extremely low sales especially after only fans cut and if you're
working with an agency after the agency cut and also the only fans cut it's not really worth it to sell things that low
that subscriber is pretty much dead to you so don't worry about those guys if
they're trying to nickel and dime you keep your prices firm don't lower it for them now if we're talking about items
that are extremely high ticket we're talking about 50 bucks 100 bucks 200 bucks then you have a little bit more
leeway for negotiation again it's up to you and your your pricing for your content what
you're willing to accept the lowest level that you're willing to accept for each type content that you make and
sticking to that don't let people try to negotiate down and essentially devalue your content because they're trying to
get it for so cheap it's not worth it for the fans that say the content is too
expensive rather than trying to bring your prices down to such a low level to
appease them it's better to just offer Alternatives that you are willing to sell for that price that way it keeps
the value of the original content high but you're still giving them Alternatives and options to buy which at
the end of the day is what we're trying to do here so just give them alternatives for other other pieces of
content that you would sell for that amount and just be transparent about what you're willing to sell for that
amount if the fan is a really quality fan and they've been with you for a long time you have good rapport with them
then I'd say it's it's okay to make them deals so what you could do is you could tell them hey I don't really do this or
I've never done this before but because you're so supported because you are so nice to me you know I'll give you $100
off just for today but you want to make sure that you still price things extremely high that way it gives you the
negotiation power to still make a satisfactory return on each sale the
other thing you can do if you want to make sure that you're getting the full amount is you can just tell them that you're going to give them some extra
content and if you want to go further if they're really really loyal fan you can tell them that just this one time you're
happy with giving them an extra piece of content that that's worth the same dollar value and this way they feel like
they're getting twice as much for the price of one and essentially they're going to feel like they're getting one
over on you and that's the exact position that you want them to be in because then it feels like you are
working with them and you're being a reasonable person that will just Garner more loyalty from them which is what you
want in the long run so I've I've noticed people who say they can't afford
it people who say it's too expensive if you go up to them and just say hey I understand if you do decide you want to
open it I'll send you something of equal value for free most times they will buy it or they
will scrape together the cash somehow and they will buy it you want to understand that when you're making sales
it's like two people who want this result to happen trying to work together to make it happen you don't need to view
it like I'm trying to finesse you or he's trying to finesse me understand that sometimes you will come across
people who are trying to finesse who are trying to make an unfair deal deal but most of the time it's two people who are
trying to get the same result they are trying to buy content you are trying to get the money and so just think about it
like you are trying to work with them trying to cooperate and figure out how you guys can make this deal not if you
can make the deal but how you can make the deal and if you approach it from that perspective most times you will
figure out how to make the sale and it'll be satisfactory for both parties and this is just something that most
Pages don't do and so simply by doing this and working with the fans they'll
love your page so much more than the the vast majority of other pages that don't work with them when it comes to
pricing so just consider this when you're dealing with guys who are on the fence or trying to negotiate with prices
especially the good Spenders and the loyal fans that you do have mass messages and copyrighting there are two
types of mass messages that you can use one is going to be Mass messages that are for free they are just messages you
are using to try to spark chat volume when you are sending out these MK
messages make sure that you're unique with these messages understand that all you're
trying to do is spark up a conversation you don't need your mass messages to lead directly into a ppv you don't need
your mass messages to try to get them in the mood all you need is your mass messages to get them to reply and get
them in the chats because you have to believe in your sales ability that once they're in the chats you have an
opportunity to sell to them and you will sell to them I think a lot of people go wrong here because they send out this
cold DM to all these fans and they expect that they're going to get them in
the mood or get them to buy something by just sending this one like really dirty
sounding chat in the mass message and that's just such a common practice that you have to understand all these fans
are subscribed to hundreds and hundreds of creators they're getting bombarded with the same mess message every single
day oh what are you doing right now baby are you feeling like having some sexy time baby all the same old things if you
can stand out in that message and just make it sound like you're a normal human being this will give you the best chance
to get replies and the more replies you get gives you the best chance to make sales another thing that you can do with
mass messages is you can send out voice memos I've noticed that these have the absolute best conversion in terms of
getting people to reply it can be super super simple phrases it can be questions
it can be would you rathers it can be all types of things you can gamify it to make guys reply you can make incentives
to get guys to reply be as creative as possible with these Mass messages those
will get you the best results in increasing the chat volume another thing that you can do to get more chat volume
is that you can use story posts I don't see people use story post nearly enough but the reach on those is better than
Mass messages on average and so sending a story post can get people to reply to
that story and get more chat volume and so I think in every chat session there's no reason why you shouldn't start it
with a story post just to get more reach to get more people to get eyeballs on your page and that will spark chat
volume more than just sending a mass message you can do both there's nothing wrong with doing both but just make sure
that you're sending unique and creative messages to get their attention the
other type of mass messages are Mass message ppvs these can be either on the wall for everyone to see and unlock and
this can also be in the DMs I prefer to send them in the DMS because one they're
easier to track who bought it and two it's a little bit more personalized when you're sending it to their DMS rather
than putting it on the main wall that everybody can see it's available for it allows you to personalize the message to
make the fan feel like you're sending it just to them and this gives you a better opportunity of getting
conversions understand that when you are pricing these Mass message ppvs on average they are going to be less
expensive than the way that you would price them in a sexting session this is just because they know it's a mass
message ppv most of the time and they don't have your time and attention attached to it it's just a pre-recorded
video that you are sending out to everyone so most times you have to price these lower than you would in a sexting
session and that's okay and I'm going to talk about pricing a little bit later in this video but just understand that mass
message PB it's okay to send them for lower prices this will increase your conversions I've noticed when sending
out Mass message ppvs copywriting is King it is everything in terms of
conversions copywriting matters more than cover images previews any of that
stuff if you want to add previews that's great you can I'm going to talk about my method as to why I don't use preview
images but if that's your thing you can do that but I'm telling you right now good copy will complet completely
outperform even the best uh preview images because copywriting is what's
going to get them to imagine what the video is about and it's going to spark Intrigue in their mind and that's what's
going to get them to convert for the copywriting I have noticed that on different accounts depending on the vibe
of the account depending on the content they're making you have to understand what your
copywriting style is and so if you're a Creator that's already been sending Mass messages and you can look at your mass
messages statistics that's perfect because that will give you a great idea of all the best performers and all the
worst performers and what you can do is you can compare the copywriting that was done in all of these Mass messages and
likely you will find similarities amongst all the best performers versus all the worst performers sometimes it's
style of content sometimes it's the way that you wrote it sometimes it's the incentive you added to it sometimes it
has to do with just adding the right emojis and having the right feel to the to the copywriting try to find
similarities amongst your mass messages statistics and this will give you great insight as to what direction you should
move in towards if you're someone who's new to this and you haven't been sending Mass messages I would recommend that you
test and experiment with different types of mass messages so you can test with aggressive Mass messages meaning a lot
more on the dirty side really sexual stuff and you can experiment with more
like cute fun and playful copywriting because I have seen that different
accounts based on the vibe based on the type of content require different types of copywriting there's not one style of
copywriting that's going to work for every single account so experiment with both an aggressive and also a more
reserved soft type of copywriting and just see which one performs better and
on average after a week or two once you see one outperforming the other that's
going to be the one that you are going to stick to moving forward in the copywriting you want to include you want
to include a hook which is going to include whatever is in the video the best part of the video These are very
important because this is going to get the user engaged when they see the mass message sent you want to start the first
part of the message with the best thing about the video because that's what's going to get their attention you don't
want to waste those first few lines because when it comes to copywriting the first rule is the Only Rule of the first
line is to get them to read the next one that's it you just want to get them to continue to read so in that first line I
like to put the best thing about the video or the best thing to look forward to in the video and then you can
describe it a little bit and then at the end you could give them some kind of incentive maybe it's 50% off for today
even if it's not 50% off you can write 50% off 70% off for today and then you can also put some kind of scarcity
measure in there some kind of urgency to make sure that they buy today so either I'm only putting this up for 24 hours
before I unsend forever or I'm only allowing 10 buys on this post that I'm unsending forever adding these kind of
things to the end of your post gives you a better chance to make some deals because all of the guys that are are
reading it either feel some kind of emotion they feel some kind of urgency um and they feel some kind of scarcity
towards their post or they just feel like it's a really good deal for today only And So It causes them to feel like
they need to act now and that's exactly what we want so make sure that you include these elements in your mass
message copyrighting because I guarantee you if you do so you will see improvements in conversions a lot of
creators are worried about being spammy in regards to how often to send mass messages I found that you can send mass
messages every single day you can even send them two times a day I like to send them two times a day if we have enough
content to work with and just create lists of buyers in the messages for each
bundle and each set that you sell that way you can exclude them from the list and you can recycle the content and
continuously put it out over time the reason recycling content is so important
is because over time you will get new subscribers in the door that have never seen any of your content so you want to
make sure that you're able to make the most of all your old content all the way into the future because this is how you
efficiently recycle content and you don't have to continuously make new content on a day-to-day basis of of
course making new content will give you the best conversions because no one's seen it so all your best buyers will buy
it too but being able to recycle content allows you to release more mass messages and The more mass messages you can
release the more that you can make is there an upper threshold as to how many mass messages you can send probably I
like to just stick with two three max but I don't know if anyone else is experimented with four five six I think
at a certain point it's too spammy but the other at a certain point I think it's too spammy and it also just kind of
messes up the flow of the chats so I like to just send it one two times per day I find that you can get substantial
results from doing so if you're sending multiple Mass messages per day I like to mix up the prices so that we can Target
different types of buyers I've noticed that when you send out messages that have maybe one is lower ticket for 20
bucks 30 bucks 15 bucks and then some other messages you're going to send for a higher ticket 50 75 80 bucks 100 bucks
I've noticed that this allows you to Target both the high Spenders and the low Spenders and by doing this you get
the biggest return another thing you can do is you can mix up the type of content you're putting out because whatever you
release for the first release of the day might not interest all of your your audience so you want to send out a
diverse range of content that way you're putting out offers that majority of your audience is going to like rather than
just targeting a few people with a certain offer you're able to offer different types of things which will get
you more Buys in general there's another strategy when it comes to mass message ppvs is that you can also just make
lists of high Spenders medium Spenders and low Spenders the high Spenders you can send the ppvs for much higher prices
medium Spenders you can send them for Middle prices and then the low Spenders you can send it for low Spenders a lot
of the chat softw will actually do this for you and they actually have it integrated inside and so it'll it'll
allow you to make Mass messages and the thing will basically aggregate all the data of all the spending habits
of the fanss and put them into these lists for you and then you can send out Mass messages at a mixture of prices
amongst each of these fan groups when when doing this I haven't found that like I make substantially more money by
doing this by the way but when I have tested this in the past there are some fans that have multiple accounts and so
for the fans that are kind of crazy and they have multiple accounts and they see prices going out low lower price points
for some of their accounts and then higher price points for other accounts sometimes it gets them pissed off so you're going to have to come up with
some kind of excuse to kind of cover your ass for that so just make sure you're aware of that sometimes
subscribers have multiple profiles subscribed and they might figure out what you're doing next pricing so I
think it's very important when you're pricing your content that you want to start off high always want to start off
high and the reason that you want to start off high is because it's easy to go down in price price but it's not easy
to go up in price because once people get accustomed to a certain price if you try to up it people will get pissed so
it's important that you start with a high price point and if you have to
negotiate down because you're not making enough sales that's fine you can do so but sometimes depending on your profile
you might find that the high price point works well for you and people are willing to pay it right off the bat and
that's the best thing that can happen because then you're essentially making a lot more money for not doing any extra
work other than just putting a different number in when you send the price when it comes to custom content I think it's
important to price very very high I understand there's some creators that can't do this and you know you want to
experiment with your prices and see what works for you in my agency we only do Customs for 250
plus and this is usually for No Name drop content if we are selling name drop
content the first thing we'll try to do is to to try to create some kind of generic common nickname that other guys
like whether it's King whether it's Daddy whether it's uh baby honey these
kind of things if possible you want to make sure that these are the nicknames
that you are giving to your subs because then you can ask them if instead of a name drop you can use their nickname
because then it allows you to resell that to other subscribers since it's a common nickname but if there are
subscribers who are in assistent upon using their real name one thing you can do is you can just keep their the name
drop to the beginning of the video and the end of the video and then just make sure to edit those parts out so that you
continue to resell that piece of content in the future most times you want to make sure that the the custom requests
are are things that you can resell into the future to make the most of every piece of content if you're making a
piece of content that only one guy would like you have to make sure that the Price Is Right to compensate you for
your time otherwise you're making one video that you can never resell again and if you don't sell it for enough then
it might not be worth your time when it comes to name drops we always charge 300
or more depending on the Creator and depending on what their lower threshold is a lot of times we like to actually
start with a much higher price point and just keep that as a Baseline and that is going to be the lowest that we we can
negotiate to but we usually start out even higher than those prices for custom content make sure that you always get
the tip before creating I know some creators that have made the mistake of creating the content first and then
asking for the tip and the problem with that is that the guys might get cold feet or they might change their mind in
the time it took you to make that content and then they might pull out and then you just made that video for no reason so make sure that they always tip
first and also make sure that you they understand when you're able to make the video so make sure that you ask the
subscriber for a preferred due date that way they know what to expect ECT and like I said this just goes back to the
transparency aspect subscribers love when you're transparent so the more transparent you can be about when you
can do it by and making them tip first and and promising that you're going to get it done the more likely they are
going to be loyal fans to you in the future and one more thing about pricing make sure that you always charge more
when you're in sexting sessions than you would in a mass message pbv because it is taking your time and effort and
dedication in that moment you should be com compens at a lot more than just sending a mass message ppv to a bunch of
subscribers all at once next client representation this is a really really
important one for agency owners the reason this is extremely important is that I don't think there are a lot of
agency owners that understand how serious chatting can be and when I say serious I mean the repercussions of
having a bad chat team at the end of the day we are representing our clients and
the thing that come out of our chat team are representing them as a person
because we are chatting on behalf of them and so we never want to act out in
ways that are in congruent with a positive Public Image of the models we
want to make sure that we represent them in a way that they will be respected by all of their subs and in a way that
reflects positively on their overall Public Image for this reason your chat
team should be extremely careful when giving out certain pieces of information
is making sure that the information is accurate to the questionnaire that was filled out by your client prior to her
working with you any situation that involves a rude fan is handled with the
utmost professionalism because you do not want to say anything rude say
anything that reflects poorly on your client because that is going to look very bad on your end and it's also going
to potentially ruin their Public Image especially as you start to work with really big creators who have big
platforms the last thing you want is for a fan to take a screenshot or take some
kind of screen recording of your chat team basically arguing with them saying rude things calling them names whatever
and posting that on something public and making the model look bad you do not want that to happen and so if you ever
get into some kind of conflict with a sub anything at all even something
really small you want to make sure that your chat team always brings it to your attention and you want to make sure that either you just block the fan restrict
them or you just leave it alone and you do not engage with any kind of conflict any kind of rudeness any kind of
disrespect because you want to represent the client to the best of your ability I
think a lot of people I think a lot of agency owners don't really put themselves in the shoes of the Creator
and they just think that oh we're just chatting or we're just trying to make sales it's no big deal and as you generate a Public Image you have to do
everything you can to protect that because it takes one bad thing to ruin your reputation so you want to make sure
that all the years of hard work that your clients have done to build up their reputation in their industry is not
ruined by someone who is unqualified at handling these situations when they are
representing and speaking on behalf of your clients AKA your models and lastly
is just Aftercare and subscriber relationship management this is extremely important important because
this is what keeps your page running even if your traffic levels are low even if you get accounts banned the more
loyal subscribers you can have and the more subscribers that know that you care about them and you actually give a [ __ ]
about them the more likely your page Will Survive the difficult times the way that you can do this is after any long
sexing session after someone's bought a big ppv after they bought a certain amount of ppvs send them some free
content and don't just send them bad stuff like send them the quality stuff and don't just send them whatever kind
of content send them the quality stuff send send them something that they'll really genuinely appreciate and show
your appreciation for them ask them questions ask them what they liked about the video ask them what they want to see
next try to get their opinion on things because this is something that they're really going to appreciate another thing
you can do is you can Implement systems such as giving your top weekly fans free
bundles of content maybe your top monthly fans win a certain you know big
prize for being the the monthly top fan try to give back as much as possible
because not a lot of pages do this and this will make you stand out amongst the rest this will build loyalty amongst
your fan base and you another thing you can do is after any sexting session
don't just finish the session and then log off and just leave it continue the conversation because a lot of guys like
to continue talking even after the session and it shows them that you really care about them and that you respect them as a person and you're not
just there to take money and leave another thing you can do is you can send random bundles of content for free the
randomness is key because guys really appreciate when they get something and
they weren't expecting it and a lot of times because of the law of reciprocity they feel like now they owe you
something right have you if you've ever been surprised or like someone gets you a gift and you didn't expect it from
them it makes you appreciate it that much more because you're like holy [ __ ] I didn't I didn't expect you to get me anything and you got me something and
then what does it make you feel like makes you feel like next time it's your birthday or next time this happens I need to get you something in return and
that's exactly what you want to cultivate with your fan base you want them to feel like wow I didn't really
expect that but thanks a lot I really appreciate it and then next time you send out ppv next time you try to set up
a session with them likely they're going to spend because they're going to remember that time that you sent them something and they're going to
appreciate it that was a long video so that that's kind of everything I have right now in terms of just nailing the
basics of chatting and understanding it to a level where you can effectively Implement these systems hopefully this

The MOST Effective Way to Avoid Lifestyle Creep
Lifestyle creep is this annoying but  fascinating phenomenon that actually happens  
to a lot of people. And by a lot of people,  I mean me included. This is something that  
I used to deal with in the past. I've stopped it  and now I want to help you guys do the same. I'm  
saying that to let you know don't feel too bad if  you have also fallen victim to lifestyle creep.
What is lifestyle creep?
In a nutshell, lifestyle creep is when your  lifestyle expenses like your discretionary  
income increase at the same rate that  your income increases. Sometimes it  
might be when your lifestyle costs  increase faster than your income,  
and that can obviously lead to debt and definitely  halt your progress towards building wealth.
So lifestyle creep sometimes referred  to as lifestyle inflation is definitely  
something you want to avoid. At least, that's  because the creep part of lifestyle creep  
implies that you're doing it subconsciously,  that you're not actively doing it, that it's  
something that's just happening to you. So that  leads me to the big takeaway of this video,  
The importance of being proactive
which is that the most effective way to avoid  lifestyle creep is this very, very simple thing.
Being proactive about your finances, being  intentional. This means having a legit plan  
for your money, not just trying to figure it out  as you go. It's very, very easy to be reactive  
when it comes to your finances, right? An  unexpected expense comes about. All right,  
I got to figure it out. Let me take on  some debt or let me pull it from here.
Let me take out of my emergency fund or  Ooh, I got a raise. I got a bonus. Ooh,  
I could spend more. I can afford more. Let me  go ahead and buy these things that I've been  
wanting to buy for a long time. So being reactive  in situations of spending, or even in situations  
when you have more money, like a raise or a bonus  or an unexpected windfall of money, being reactive  
can sometimes lead to decisions that are not  aligned with your bigger financial goals.
So if building wealth is a goal of yours, then  this video is for you. In this video, I'm going  
to dig a little bit deeper into lifestyle creep.  And I also want to run through six ways that you  
can be proactive, that you can be intentional  about your finances. And at the end of the video,  
if you can stick through the end, I'm going to  give you a challenge that I think you should do  
if and when you get your next increase in income,  you're going to eventually increase your income.

Why lifestyle creep happens
creep even happen? You get a raise  and suddenly that car you've been  
driving for years seems outdated. You're  just due for a new one all of a sudden,  
even though the old one is running just  fine, or maybe you all of a sudden.
realize that your wardrobe needs an upgrade.  You weren't thinking about that before,  
but now new money is in your hands and all of  a sudden it becomes top priority. And here's  
the big one for a lot of people. Dining out and  going out all of a sudden become more frequent  
occurrences. So look, I get it. I told you  at the beginning that I've fallen victim  
to lifestyle creep, and I'm going to tell  you right now that it happens for a reason.
For lots of reasons, but we're going to  get into it. What I think about it is I  
think lifestyle creep happens because  there is this natural urge to want to  
progress in life. So for people who  start with very little or nothing,  
to move up in society is the ability to have  more, to get more, to live a nicer lifestyle.
That on its own, I don't think there's anything  wrong with that view of the world and progress.  
Why it's not really your fault
But unfortunately, We live in a capitalistic  society and we are taught at a very young age,  
we are taught behaviors that are grounded in  consumerism and wanting more and even worse  
Some people are taught behaviors of wanting more  for the sake of comparing themselves to others.
So these are things that tend to happen  automatically. We are fed messages all  
around to buy more things, to get more things,  that if we have this thing, it's going to make  
us feel this way. And it's going to give us this  status. It's kind of how a lot of social things  
in life work. And unfortunately, A lot of those  things the acquiring of more requires money So it  
makes complete sense to me that lifestyle creep  tends to happen to people Because when we end up  
getting more financial resources We've already  been brainwashed, we've already been taught that  
the natural thing to do is to use those resources  to acquire other things, to want more things.
Now again, I'm not saying that wanting things  is bad. That is life. I, I like things. Like,  
I'll tell you that right now. Ultimately, we  get to craft our lives in a way that brings us  
joy. The problem is we have to do that with what  resources we have, right? Right? Time, energy,  
money. However you utilize those resources is  what ends up being your life and your lifestyle.
So I can go on a tangent about this for  days, but the reason I wanted to point  
this out is because lifestyle creeps Creep  sucks, it's not great for your finances,  
but I don't want you to think it's just a  behavior that happens because you are bad  
with money or you are just someone who  overspends and wants a luxurious life.
Like cool, that might be a part of it and  for some people that's the reason behind it,  
but more often than not, it's more  complicated than that. Honestly,  
if there's anyone or anything to blame for  lifestyle creep. It's not you. It's not your  
friends. It's not your family. It's not your  parents. It is the system that we live in.
So all of that said, not to be negative  Nancy here, but that is kind of why a  
lot of us fall victim to lifestyle creep  without even noticing it. All we know is  
that it's getting harder and harder to  pay bills. We know that we want to build  
wealth. We want to have a secure  future. Maybe we don't want to.
Work for the next 40 years of our life.  We just don't know how, and it's going  
to be hard to do that if the more your  income increases. So do your expenses,  
right? You wanna find that way to live  the lifestyle you want today while also  
thinking about your future. So let's talk  about how you can avoid lifestyle creep.
How can you be intentional and proactive about  your finances so you don't get caught up with  
lifestyle creep? The more money you start  making the key to avoiding lifestyle creep,  
like I mentioned earlier. is to be  proactive. It is to live intentionally,  
to have a clear focus of your financial  goals and your financial life.
Setting clear financial goals
So that first example I have on the  list of how to be intentional is to  
set clear financial goals. You should  think about and define what you want  
to achieve financially. So what do you want  to achieve in life that requires money that  
is somehow tied to money. That could  be buying a home, buying investments,  
buying real estate, paying off debt,  saving for retirement, traveling the world.
It is whatever you want it to be,  but you want to have clear goals and  
also some estimated timeline for those  goals. Knowing those goals is going to  
keep you focused when it comes to day to day  financial decisions. All right, number two,  
another way to be proactive about your finances  is to create. a budget and to stick to it.
Creating and sticking to a budget
If you don't like budgets, if  you don't want to call it that,  
then call it your spending plan or  your financial plan. What you need is  
a plan of how you're going to allocate your  resources. It's as simple as that. So how  
are you going to use your regular income  towards all of your essential expenses,  
towards all of your savings, your investments,  and for some of your discretionary spending?
If you can create this plan and stick as close  to it as possible, you'll be able to control  
what kind of spending happens. And that includes  when you get an increase in income. Number three,  
Automating your savings
another way to be intentional and proactive with  your finances is to automate your savings. So in  
a way, you're being proactive, but you actually  don't have to do much after you set this up.
So I call this paying yourself  first. And what this is,  
is a method of making sure that  no matter what, you are always  
putting money towards saving and investing in  your Anytime you get paid. So if you get paid  
on a regular basis, like from a job that pays  you consistently, it's the easiest way to do it.
That every time you get paid, you have a set  amount going straight to savings or straight  
to investing. You can think of it like an  additional deduction of your paycheck. Yes,  
your net pay, the remainder money is going  to be lower and you're going to have to live  
off of that. But this builds the habit of  you prioritizing your future as well as.
Paying for all of your day to day expenses.  People are more successful when they  
prioritize saving in this way, as opposed to  getting paid and then paying everyone else,  
paying all their bills, you know, buying their  necessities, buying their discretionary stuff,  
and then realizing, Oh, I don't  have anything left to save.
Or maybe if they do have something to save,  it's just not consistent. It doesn't happen  
every two weeks or every month  or whatever. So the additional  
trick here to avoid a lifestyle  creep is when your income. increases,  
you should also increase this amount that  you are paying yourself automatically, right?
You're not going to notice that you've  increased that amount because overall  
your check will increase, your income is  going to increase, but you want to dedicate  
some of that towards saving and investing.  And that's just going to accelerate your  
process towards building wealth. All right,  number four. I think we're on number four.
Improving spending habits
Number four is to improve your spending  habits. So lifestyle creep often happens  
to people because of impulse purchases or needing  immediate gratification. Or like I said earlier,  
why you need to track your budget because  people just don't track. So tracking is a  
means of accountability. So one thing you can  do to improve your spending behaviors is when  
you want something and there's not really a  rational reason for needing it right here,  
right now, immediately, you can practice  the art of delayed gratification.
You can give yourself a cooling off period,  and that can be two days or a week or two  
weeks. You want to test yourself so that  you can decide during this time if that's  
something that you really, really want, or if it  was just kind of an impulsive thought of getting  
that thing. It gives you time to decide,  what is that thing going to do for my life?
What value is it going to bring to  me? Now, don't worry, this is not  
something you're going to have to consciously  do and actively do for the rest of your life,  
unless you want to. It is a habit that you want to  build now while you are at the beginning stages of  
trying to build wealth. And especially if you  tend to have not so great spending behaviors.
All right. Number five. Celebrate your  milestones. So this is something that's  
Celebrate wins
important to do proactively when it  comes to avoiding lifestyle creep,  
because what tends to happen is when people  are super, super frugal or they're cheap and  
they do it to the point where they don't get to  enjoy any of their money, what happens when they  
do make more money is That becomes the time to  splurge or to enjoy that money for themselves.
Now, I'm not saying you have to pick  one or the other. You can do both,  
but you want to do a balance. You don't  want to just have all this pent up,  
not pent up aggression, but you don't want  to have all this like pent up need and want  
to spend. And then once you finally  get more money, you spend like crazy.
You want to make sure that you reward yourself on  a regular basis. You use your money to celebrate  
yourself on a more regular basis. And sure, if  you get paid more, you can do that again when  
that happens, but you just don't want it to be  this excessive amount that basically puts you  
in a worse financial situation than before you got  that raise or bonus or windfall or whatever it is.
All right, the sixth way and the last one on  this list of how you can be proactive about  
your finances and avoid lifestyle creep is to Get  yourself some accountability buddies. You want to  
Accountability buddies
surround yourself with like minded people,  like minded friends who are kind of in the  
same boat. If you spend time with people, you are  going to end up influencing each other's habits.
So if you're really trying to  be good about your finances,  
build your foundations, you know, save  for an emergency fund, pay off debt,  
if you're in that boat and you're with people  who are taking lavish vacations all the time,  
and you know, maybe they have more income than you  do at this time, you're going to feel left out.
And you're going to feel like you have  to spend to keep up with everyone. If  
you surround yourself with people who are like  minded and who might have And especially for  
people who just respect your goals and want  to support you, then you're going to have a  
easier time saying no when you need to say  no, and then having more guidance and more  
support in picking and choosing the right  times to say yes, when it comes to spending.
All right. So, We talked about what lifestyle  creep is, why I think it tends to happen a lot  
in society, and it's a systemic issue.  And we also talked about six different  
ways you can be more proactive about your  finances, not only to avoid lifestyle creep,  
but to improve your finances in  general. So before we end this video,  
I did not forget I promised at the beginning  that I would share with you a special tip or  
a challenge that I want you to try the next  time you get a raise or an increase in income.
The challenge
So the challenge is very simple. When you  get an increase in income, do not change  
your lifestyle for six months. This means if  you get a raise and your income increases,  
Keep your lifestyle and your expenses  the exact same for just six months. Now  
you're not going to be able to  fight inflation on this, right?
Things might just actually cost a little bit  more than they used to. But for the most part,  
if you get a raise and you keep  all of your expenses the same,  
you should end up with some extra cashflow  at the end of the month or during the month  
for these first six months, which  is the challenge I'm issuing you.
Now, what do you do with this extra money? Those  first six months before you change anything about  
your lifestyle? Well, you want to do wealth  building activities. I talk about them all  
the time on my channel, but these are things  like accelerating your debt payoff. putting  
aside your emergency fund that you've been  meaning to do forever, but you still haven't.
Investing, putting aside other savings that  you need in the next couple of years. All  
of these things that are going to help  increase your net worth and also just set  
your foundations for the future. All right.  So I hope this video helped out and I hope  
that all of you can prevent lifestyle  creep from happening unintentionally  
because you're going to set yourself up  and be proactive about your finances.

really have to think like are you really
