if you want to be a good market keeper
you gotta look out to the dust
you gotta look out that the stocks are full and restockable
that there are no stacks of bs but orderly placed
and there is correct description and prices
you gotta see to the date if that is something that´s important
you gotta look tidy yourself
you gotta be healthy
you gotta be friendly
and harmonious to customers
you gotta wanna help
and you gotta keep the info accurate and open to receiving stuff from the customers end (maybe get a magazine somebody WANTS)
you gotta sweep and wash the floor
and if there is toilets keep those clean
is there any serving keep all the supplies tidy and make sure this electric cleaner is not a health issue
keep out rats
tell the boss if you need to tell stuff (suggestions for orders, observations, communing withing the workers)
you gotta keep a nice space with your colleagues
be open to their criticism/ opportunities
and give them some too
if you notice stuff between them
don´t interject but give them your honeymustard and leave
don´t take on their responsibilities unless you have time, capacity and nothing more serious to do.
if you need help TELL somebody and be open to their capability or incapability of telling you how it´s done
don´t fucking say ´i understand, you´re done telling me´ until you know what they said and can work that in your way/ the most efficient way
don´t shame, blame or go insane
expectations are the drivelsand of the workworld
agreements are not
an agreement is where both sides communicate without horrible tension but the right give and take and ask questions and just generally agree to agreements (if that´s too unclear for now please ask me for more LOL)
also take your contract as an agreement they pay you you do the things agreed to- know that when oyu walk in!
have fun
try to take your job as lightly as you possibly can
weither it´s hard or your minds thoughts make it hard is neither an excuse
be aware that you can´t be 100% always
and i also wanna mention never give 100% of your energy- where is the energy for yourself? - privacy, sensing entrepreneurship? family? idk what? HOBBIES!!???, ENerGy FOR YOURSELF, okay? kay=))
don´t think cought up about anybody
communicate clearly
keep the logic upfront if you have that
and portray your abstraction as eloquent as you possibly can
you need to feel thru some stuff?? say you´ve been hit by a bus- no just kiddn
say you need more time, be clear - fon´t hold back to the dealine and say you need more
say upfront
this is what i need to come to grips with the agreement you and i want to come to.
PERIODT.
:)
So one of the most important things is
They want you to repeat stuff that you already got
It's not like in school when you finish something u're done
No they wamt you to repeat the same things month in years out
So please be aware that you can't just move on like they taught you to
You can't just say okay i got it i'm moving on
Now i'mma do it again is what they want you to say
Or don't say anything but do it
Care for them
And i say
Know that
Upfront
To whatever you attempt in doing
Do it because you enjoy doing it.
Thank you
And a even bigger thank you by your environment ;)👸👄❤️🔥
